Our USDA Prime Tenderloins (Export Grade) are hand selected by Anshu Pathak at a local slaughter house processing Black Angus steers for Export. Our Tenderloins are wet aged for minimum of 30 days, a process that concentrates natural flavors and tenderizes the meat.
