On regular basis we bring in Halal USDA Prime Beef Primals from Omaha to California and “wet age” and “dry age” them as per customers specifications. From 21 days to 180 days.

Our Halal Beef is processed at local USDA facility in Los Angeles, California, USA as per USDA Halal Beef guidelines and is inspected by USDA inspectors.
